1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of the organizer are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on January 7, 2026 at 12:00 AM (central time) and ends on May 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM (central time). Entries submitted outside of this timeframe will not be considered eligible.

3. Prize

The only prize to be awarded in this Giveaway is one (1) 2007 Chevrolet Corvette C6 Z06, along with $5,000 USD in cash (the “Prize”).

No other prizes, including additional vehicles, cash awards, or entry packages, will be awarded. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or substituted for other prizes or cash, except as required by law. If the Prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

All eligible entries received during the giveaway period will be entered into a random drawing conducted by the organizer. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be selected within seven (7) days after the giveaway period ends and will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. Winners must respond within a reasonable timeframe, as specified in the notification, to verify eligibility and claim their prize. Failure to respond or verify eligibility within the given timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

5. Verification of Winners

All winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Winners must provide valid government-issued identification and proof of U.S. residency before any prize is awarded. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

6. Taxes and Expenses

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The organizer assumes no responsibility for tax obligations related to any prize.

7. General Conditions

The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

In addition, if a minimum total of 40,000 eligible entries is not received by 11:59:59 PM (local time) on May 2, 2026, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway. In the event of such cancellation, all eligible paid entries will be refunded to the original form of payment within a reasonable time, and no Prize will be awarded.

Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, violate these Official Rules, or act in a disruptive, dishonest, or fraudulent manner will result in disqualification.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

8. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the organizer, its affiliates, employees, partners, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. The organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or delays caused by factors outside of its control.

9. Publicity

By accepting a prize, each winner grants permission for the organizer to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
